Orders are processed and shipped by Amazon and its trusted logistics partners.
Delivery times vary depending on your country and Amazon’s regional warehouses.
- United States & Canada: usually 5–10 business days
- Europe: usually 7–14 business days
Tracking information is provided by Amazon once your order is shipped.

💌 Damaged or Lost Orders

If your book arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly through your Amazon order page.
If you purchased through a third-party bookstore or received your book as a gift, you can also contact us at info@hiboucaribou.com, and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
