Our Story

Where languages grow through play.

Hibou Caribou was born from gratitude for a country that opened its arms, Canada.

When I arrived in Canada with my children, I was deeply moved by the kindness I encountered. I wanted to give something back to other families. I wanted to offer something that could be shared and create joy.
That something became children's stories.

Over time, those stories evolved into songs, recipes, and playful explorations of the world around us, including the stars, rain, trees, and animals.
The children’s questions about nature and science became part of the adventure.

Our collection of books celebrates love of science, music, and empathy, by sowing seeds of curiosity and emotional connection in the hearts of children, and by giving back the generosity we found.
